These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between aic444 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services available at aic444.net. By accessing the platform — whether to browse games, place bets, make deposits, or use any other feature — you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

aic444 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving adult players in Bangladesh. All services, including casino games, live dealer tables, slots, and sports wagering, are provided for entertainment purposes and involve real-money wagers where outcomes are determined by chance or the outcome of sporting events.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and aic444. Where any conflict arises between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Governing Language: These Terms are written in English. All communications between aic444 and its players are conducted in English. Any translation provided for convenience does not carry legal weight and the English version shall govern in all circumstances.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

To be eligible to use the aic444 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the service:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from using any feature of aic444, including free-play modes where available.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current or former employee of aic444, nor are you a family member or household member of any such employee, where such relationship would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme operated by aic444 or any associated responsible gaming body, or if previously self-excluded, your exclusion period has fully elapsed and your account has been formally reinstated.
• You are not depositing funds obtained through unlawful means. By using aic444, you confirm that all funds deposited originate from legitimate sources.

aic444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Documents commonly accepted include a national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to a player aged 18 or older will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in the account will be returned after deducting any winnings generated during the period of unverified use.

To access real-money games and betting markets on aic444, you must create a single registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, address, or contact details — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on aic444. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual will be closed. Any bonuses or promotional winnings accrued across duplicate accounts are void and will be forfeited.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. aic444 will never ask you to share your password by email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify aic444 immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate protective action can be taken. aic444 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

Account Verification (KYC)

aic444 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as part of its commitment to security and responsible gaming. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at any stage of your relationship with aic444:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, Passport)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement issued within the past three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation of bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay account registered in your name)

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension until verification is completed satisfactorily.

aic444 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We currently support the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All four are mobile financial services widely used across Bangladesh.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your aic444 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within a few minutes.
• aic444 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which aic444 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed within four hours of submission during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will be sent only to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, and only to an account registered in your name. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect players from fraud.
• A minimum withdrawal amount may apply; current minimums are displayed within the Wallet section of your account.
• aic444 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Players may be asked to complete KYC verification before a withdrawal is approved if this has not been completed previously.
• Any withdrawal request submitted while an active bonus wagering requirement remains incomplete may be held until that requirement is met, or the bonus may be voided and the withdrawal processed for the remaining real-money balance only.

aic444 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are communicated alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions offered on the aic444 platform.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are credited in BDT and are only available to players who have completed the required qualifying action (e.g., a qualifying deposit of a specified minimum amount).
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment account. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including by creating duplicate accounts — will result in the bonus being voided and the account closed.
• aic444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion has already been credited to an account, the terms under which it was credited will continue to apply unless the change is made in compliance with these Terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately within your account balance. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds in all wagers, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

Abuse & Fraud

Any attempt to exploit bonus terms through dishonest play — including, without limitation, placing low-risk wagers designed exclusively to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine game engagement (commonly known as "bonus abuse") — constitutes a breach of these Terms. aic444 may void bonuses and associated winnings, suspend the account, and report confirmed fraud cases to relevant authorities.

All games available on aic444 — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — are operated under the rules set by their respective providers. By participating in any game, you agree to the rules of that game as defined by the provider and as displayed within the game interface.

Random Number Generator (RNG) Games

All RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games, instant-win titles) use certified random number generation technology. Game outcomes are determined independently of any previous result, player history, or account balance. aic444 does not modify game outcomes and has no ability to do so — all game logic is controlled by the game provider's certified software.

Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real-time from studios operated by certified providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. All dealing is conducted under independent fair-play oversight. In the event of a technical disruption during a live game hand or spin, the round will be settled according to the provider's disruption policy, which is available within the game help section.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC fixtures, and bilateral series), football, and kabaddi — are offered at odds determined at the time of market opening. Accepted bets are binding once confirmed. In-play bets are subject to market availability and may be suspended without notice during live events. Any bets placed on void markets will be refunded in full to the player's account balance.

Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error or malfunction that affects a game result, aic444 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return wagers to player balances. aic444 is not liable for any theoretical or expected winnings that were not paid due to a technical error. Players who suspect a malfunction during gameplay must report it to support before closing the game session; retrospective claims may not be considered.

By using aic444, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. These rules exist to protect all players, maintain the integrity of the platform, and ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone.

• Provide accurate information: All information provided to aic444 — whether at registration, during KYC verification, or at any other time — must be truthful, accurate, and current. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Use your account personally: Your account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any other person to access, use, or operate your account on your behalf. Sharing accounts is a breach of these Terms.
• Comply with applicable laws: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of aic444 is lawful in your jurisdiction. aic444 makes no representation that access to the platform is legal in any specific location outside Bangladesh.
• Do not use automated tools: The use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, data scrapers, or any other automated mechanism to interact with the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Do not collude: Collusion between players — including on live dealer tables or in any multiplayer game context — is prohibited. Suspected collusion will be investigated and, where confirmed, accounts will be closed and associated winnings voided.
• Treat support staff respectfully: aic444's support team is here to help. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward support staff — whether by live chat, email, or any other channel — will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension.
• Do not attempt to exploit the platform: Any attempt to find and exploit software bugs, game vulnerabilities, or payment loopholes for financial gain is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.

Both aic444 and the player have the right to close an account, though the circumstances and consequences differ depending on which party initiates the closure.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, aic444 will confirm that no active wagering requirements are outstanding and that there are no pending transactions. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Accounts subject to responsible gaming self-exclusion will be processed under the Responsible Gaming Policy rather than as a standard closure.

aic444-Initiated Suspension or Closure

aic444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, dishonest, or unlawful activity is suspected or confirmed;
• The player's identity or age cannot be satisfactorily verified;
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (as defined in the current inactivity policy communicated within the account settings);
• aic444 is required to act by a legal obligation, court order, or instruction from a competent authority;
• Continuing to provide service to the player would put aic444 in breach of its obligations under applicable law.

Where an account is closed by aic444 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, aic444 reserves the right to withhold any bonus winnings accrued in connection with that breach. Legitimate real-money deposits will be returned net of any amounts owed to aic444.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aic444 expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Gambling losses: aic444 is not responsible for financial losses incurred through wagering on the platform. All gambling involves risk and you accept that responsibility entirely when choosing to participate.
• Indirect or consequential loss: aic444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or damage to reputation, even if aic444 was advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Service interruptions: While aic444 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability of the platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. aic444 is not liable for losses arising from such interruptions.
• Third-party services: aic444 is not responsible for the performance, availability, or accuracy of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers integrated into the platform. Issues arising from bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay payment infrastructure are outside aic444's direct control.
• Unauthorised account access: aic444 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where aic444's liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aic444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will take reasonable steps to notify active players — this may include a notice posted on the platform homepage, a notification within your account dashboard, or an email to the address registered on your account.

The updated Terms will carry a revised effective date, displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.
